Donations are voluntary and generally non-refundable.

2. When we will consider a refund

We will consider refunds for duplicate charges, unauthorized charges, or a clearly mistaken amount, if you contact us within 30 days of the donation.

3. How to ask

Email contact@hopeverainc.world with your name, the email used for the donation, the date and amount, and the reason. We will review the request and reply by email.

4. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method. Timing depends on your card issuer or bank.
